So the floors didn't get mopped, the laundry did get washed and is waiting to go in the dryer...but I made a design I like. I know you like to see that your Tuts really do work, here's proof.

Sue, great to hear it has helped and you are feeling more confident with Inkscape. It is fun to experiment when you know a few basics. If there any videos you would like creating let me know as I am always looking for ideas. It is so hard trying to guess what people would like to know.
Susan, lol, it is addictive isn't it? Your border looks great. Now try it with slightly different alignment of the nodes eg two nodes down and two nodes up or use tiled clones after creating the changed line. I am sure you can waste another day.
Well you've messed up my whole day. I was gonna mop floors, do laundry and now I'm going to spend the day doing this.
THANK YOU for saving me the drudge of housework.
Great job!
Oh PapaSue
Who are you kidding!! did you really need an excuse not to do HOUSEWORK, I can find excuses every day and am I ashamed to say so.........Hmmmm I'm thinking....."NO"
